Pocino Foods® offers an employee referral program that rewards our team members for helping us find new talent to join our team. The referral program is simple and straightforward. If employees know someone who would be a great fit for one of our open positions, they can refer them to us. If we hire the person referred, the employee and the new hire both receive bonuses for participating in the program.
