1. Combine freshly sliced cucumber with Kimchi to season the cucumbers.
2. Season carrots with a small amount of Toasted Sesame Seed Oil, about 1/2tsp (just enough for a light coat).
3. Heat XAsianKitchen® Kalbi in a pot on the stove over medium heat until warm, or in a microwave as directed.
4. Portion Steamed Rice, XAsian Kitchen® Kalbi, Kimchi and Cucumbers, and Carrots as desired into a bowl.
5. Garnish with Toasted Sesame Seeds and Green Onion.
